Faros de Panama
Grupo Mall is developing the $400 million Faros de Panama. This project includes three towers approved and scheduled for construction as well as an additional two towers that are in the planning stage. The central tower, Torre Central, will be 75 stories (820 feet) and will be completed in 2009. The other two matching towers, Torre I and Torre II, will be on either side of the central tower and will be 722 feet tall. The towers will consist of:
- 2000 Condominiums
- Hotel with 300 rooms
- 320,000 sqft. shopping center
- Casino
