The Trump Organization, Panamanian luxury resort developer K Group and Colombian construction company Arias Serna Saravia are planning to develop a 62 story complex in Panama City on the Punta Pacifica Peninsula overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The development will cost more than $220 million to build with construction being completed in 2009. Pre-construction units are being sold now. The development consists of:
300 Hotel Condominium units 1,079 sq. ft. to 4,380 sq. ft. ($250,000 - $1.8 million)
